Chardonnay, Abby of St. Hilaire -2005- (France) $22
This floral chardonnay is a stunning wine with depth and concentration. Apricot, with
layers of mineral, toasted nuts, orange peel and vanilla spice, it delivers mouth-filling
flavors and finishes crisp with fabulous length.
Chardonnay, Waterstone -2005- (Carneros CA.) $29
Aged for 6 months in French oak. This Chardonnay features concentrated citrus
pear, green apple and nectarine fruit and nicely integrated sweet oak,The wine
lingers on the palate and has the structure and acidity to provide for good longevity.

This beautifully balanced wine features fruit from some of the finest cold-climate, high

dimension. The long rich aftertaste is flush with intricate dark fruit flavors and finishes with elegance

Aged for 16 months on new French oak, this balanced wine is robust, with flavors
of blackberry, cherry, cassis, tobacco, chocolate, smoke and spice, and long velvety
tannins lend it to a long rich finish.

This well-crafted Zinfandel is ripe and intense with aromas of blackberry, coconut, and
vanilla crème. The palate showcases delicious flavors of black cherry, blackberry, and

The grapes were left on their low yielding, dry farmed, head pruned vines as long as
weather and raisin development permitted and handpicked on 28. The resultant
wine is rich and ripe with spicy blackberry, wild berry and plum scents picking up black

nuances of burnt wood, spice and soft tannins. Only 390 cases produced

Mandolin Syrah is a rich, full-bodied wine with lush blueberry, raspberry and
black currant fruit.


Petite Sirah, Volante, -2004- (Mendocino, CA.) $25
A big red in all respects. Its inky, black-purple color has you anticipating
the delightful forward fruit aromas of blackberry, blackberry pie and
vanillin. The palate is loaded with spicy bramble and bright black fruit
flavor. You will find the structure well defined but not overly tannic.
Finally pleasant oak complexities mesh with spice and bramble aftertaste
for a warm, lingering finish. Only 450 cases produced

Shiraz, Gemtree Bloodstone -2006- (McLaren Vale, Aus.) $25
An explosion of sweet violets and red berry fruits explode on the front palate.
The flavour profile builds through the mid palate where a remarkable backbone of
acidity carries the flavours of red fleshy fruits, anise and licorice. The finish of fine
persistent tannin and overlying generosity give this wine the legs to run the distance.

Blend, GV Cellars Silhouette -2005- (Green Valley, CA.) $25
66% Sangiovese, 26% Merlot, 8% Syrahcreate scents of blackberries, and
delicate red fruit, with a balance of tannins and mid palate richness.

Blend, Whitman Cellars Narcissa -2003- (Walla Walla, WA.) $39
This unique blend of 67% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Syrah, 8% Merlot, and
5% Cabernet Franc was aged for 18 months in French and American barrels.

Gigondas, Dom du Bois -2004- (Rhone Valley France) $60
This blend of 80% Grenache, 20% Syrah from 30 year old vines possess a deep
Ruby/plum color as well as abundant fruit in its flamboyant blackberry, cherry,

Vinified in a southern Rhone style, full bodied and aged 14 months
