Our Restaurant serves primarily an American lunch café menu. Offering sandwiches, salads, soups, appetizers and desserts. We proudly smoke all our own meats, using Apple, Cherry, Pecan, Hickory and Mesquite wood. Fresh ingredients are very important to the success of our food:
